I'm subletting a room in a shared flat with 5.5 rooms for 650CHF in Rüschlikon.

The property is a 15min train ride to Zürich HB (faster than most trams) and a full house. The room is on the 1st floor and has a beautiful view of the lake. The house also has a great garden and a beautiful outdoor area which is perfect for the summer months. The house also comes with a parking space at no extra cost. The room (including the bed and mattress) comes fully furnished for free as well as the big table in the living room which you can use as your personal working desk.

You will be sharing the house with two (M- 20, 18) bachelor students at ETH studying computer science and one (M- 21) master student doing an inter ship at the IBM lab here in Rüschlikon. The room is temporary until August 31. but can be extended to November if wanted. As it's privately rented, no JuWo criteria are needed.
