Single room for rent - 4057 Basel

I am starting a new 2-person flatshare and looking for a flatmate for my 3.5-room apartment in Klybeck district.

The free room is about 10 m² in size and has a private balcony - perfect for relaxing or for your plants. The apartment is modern, very well equipped, and has plenty of storage space outside of the room that can be used.

There is also a second balcony where two lovely dwarf rabbits live - so you should like animals.

About the apartment and location:

• Bright room with private balcony
• Fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) and bathroom for shared use
• Own washing machine and dryer in the apartment
• Tram stop right outside the door, good connection to the city and to Germany
• Numerous shopping opportunities, restaurants, and sports facilities nearby
• Close to the rivers Rhine and Wiese - ideal for walking, chilling, or jogging

Currently, I live alone in the apartment and wish for an open, respectful, and reliable person who is looking for a relaxed flatshare atmosphere. I would find it nice if we occasionally do something together, but of course, everyone should also have enough space for themselves.

About me: I am in my late twenties, working full-time, a plant and animal lover. I would describe myself as an open, humorous, and tidy person. In my free time, I like to be active - whether it's sports or going out with friends. I also appreciate quieter moments when I read, bake, or engage in creative activities, such as sewing or crocheting.

Costs:
CHF 850.- per month (including utilities and internet)

• electricity (quarterly, shared fairly)

Move-in possible from July or at a later date.
