I, Armin, 27 (they/them) am looking for a new roommate, as my roommate will be moving out in August. From August or by arrangement. For one year, limited with the possibility of extension.

The apartment is located in Kleinbasel near Messeplatz. It is a 3-minute walk to Badischer Bahnhof. Shopping facilities are also easily accessible on foot. Tram stop also only 3 minutes away.

The apartment consists of 3 1/2 rooms and 80sqm and has two bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, a kitchen with a dishwasher and a living room with a sofa and a beamer. Of course, everything is for shared use. The room for rent can be rented furnished for a fair price on request. But this can also be looked at together :)
W-Lan is also available. The washing machine is available for the common use of all parties in the basement. 1 washing day per week.
We also have a basement compartment and a compartment in the attic. These can also be used.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor with a great view and a small balcony.
