Hello everyone, I am looking for a new roommate for my 3.5-room apartment with a bright room of 18m², unfurnished, available from July. The apartment is located in a very advantageous location: 10 minutes from the train station (tram or bus), near Coop and Migros (everything is reachable within 5 minutes on foot) and Basel city center is only 5 minutes by bus.

The apartment, on the first floor, is spacious and located in a very quiet area. The apartment is shared and includes a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a small dining table, a shared bathroom, and a large, bright living room. There is also a washing machine and a dryer that can be used on a weekly basis. In the basement, there is enough space and the possibility to store a bicycle. The monthly rent is 821 CHF, including TV and internet (790 + 30).
