Hello, I am a male, 34 years old and moved from Germany to Basel at the beginning of March. I am employed and otherwise very sporty and like to be out and about, which is why I would like to rent out one of the rooms and share the apartment with you :)
About the apartment:
The ground floor apartment is approx. 65m² and consists of two living rooms (a small and a large room), a storage room and a storage room in the basement, a kitchen with access to the terrace and a hallway with bathroom incl. shower. In the basement there is a laundry room (washing, drying, hanging). A bicycle can be locked in the hallway or in the backyard.
With 65m², the apartment is perfect for students, working people or commuters. The large room is nice and bright and various furniture can be placed as desired. The room will of course be handed over empty, but you can use a wardrobe and the carpet if you like. From the apartment you are very quickly at the Kannenfeldplatz, where various bus and tram lines run. You are also quickly at the Rhine, in various parks and in 5 minutes at the first supermarket.
About me:
I work as an engineer on the Novartis campus and after work I like to go to the gym, jogging or to the beach volleyball court. On weekends I like to explore the city or Switzerland with my girlfriend. Otherwise I like to read or be on my phone (youtube, listening to podcasts) or read. I would describe myself as a quiet and balanced roommate.
If I have piqued your interest, I look forward to meeting you :)
