Hey! I'm Lisa and I'm looking for a lovely roommate for a beautiful 2-person shared apartment in the Iselin-Quartier!

Your future room: The modern room is 15.43 m² and very bright due to large windows; in the evening, the sun shines in beautifully, and in the morning you can enjoy the sun on the balcony. The room is furnished with a bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, armchair, clothes rack, desk, and desk chair.
Apartment: The modern 3-room apartment (67 m²) is furnished. It is flooded with light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows and, with high ceilings and beautiful parquet flooring, it feels very friendly. As a highlight, we have a beautiful balcony facing the courtyard, where you can relax comfortably in the sun and which is also suitable for growing a vegetable or two. For shared use of the apartment, there is a modern kitchen with plenty of storage space, modern kitchen appliances including a dishwasher, and a living area with a sofa and dining table. The bathroom has a bathtub and is equipped with large mirrors. The entrance area is spacious and offers plenty of space for jackets, bags, and shoes with a large wardrobe. There is also a basement compartment for shared use.
House: The house is a new building (2023), which is why the apartment is in very good and well-maintained condition and is also well soundproofed. For communal use in the house, there is a lift, washing machines, dryers, a drying room, and a bicycle room.
About me: You would be living with me, Lisa. I am 26 years old and a doctor. I am open, communicative, and uncomplicated. In my free time, I enjoy sports (group fitness classes or outdoors in nature) and yoga, which I also teach. I also love to cook and bake and love trying out new recipes.
My vision of shared apartment living: I would be happy if we also did things together occasionally and said more than just good morning and good night – but of course, that everyone also has their privacy, peace, and retreat, especially after a strenuous workday. During the day I am usually at the clinic, but in the evening I am happy to do a sporting activity or have a cooking, movie, or game night. Especially on warmer days, the balcony is perfect for a Sunday brunch or a cozy get-together. Since I will occasionally have night shifts, considerate behavior is important to me. I am tidy and feel most comfortable when it is clean and tidy. Therefore, it would be important to me if you also care about order and cleanliness.
Location: The apartment is located in a pleasant, quiet, and family-friendly neighborhood. There are various shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity (Denner is in the neighborhood, Aldi/Coop is a 5-minute bike ride away) and quick public transport connections to the city. The SBB train station and the city are a 10-15-minute bike ride away. On site, there are cafes, an ice cream parlor, a fitness studio, and other leisure activities such as a ceramics studio. The Kannenfeldpark is in the immediate vicinity, which is perfect for a walk in the green.
Availability: The room is available from June 1, 2025 (earlier if needed) until April 30, 2026 (feel free to inquire if the dates should be slightly different).
Rent: The rent is 980 CHF per month, including additional costs (advance payment) and internet.
Deposit: is three months' rent (2940 CHF)
