A room is becoming available in my apartment from August 1st, in Fribourg, and I am looking for someone to take over the place! The apartment is located in the quiet Schönberg neighborhood and close to nature, 1 minute from the bus stop, 8 to 10 minutes from the train station and miséricordes, and 15 to 20 minutes from unifr by bus. Coop, Migros, Denner, post office, and pharmacy are 5 minutes away on foot. It is bright, on the 4th floor. Rent: 700 CHF/month Electricity: 60 CHF every 3 months Unfurnished room, but bed + nightstand can be purchased Laundry room, cellar, attic, and bike storage available Visits planned: June 11 or 12 (to be confirmed) I am looking for someone chill, sociable, and open, who wants to share a nice flatshare, without pressure, with good moments from time to time.
