Single room for rent - 8051 Zürich, Luegislandstrasse 39

From the 1st of May this small, but cute room will be free. The apartment belongs to wfs (wohnen für studierende) and you can live here when you're included in the Juwo criteria. It will be a subletting contract for half a year, since it is not clear wether the whole house is going to be demolished then or maybe later (which means extension is possible).
The taller furniture you would have to take over for 490chf (bed, closet, table, chair).

Your two roommates will be Tommaso, an italian guy working at the eth in the field of neuroscience and Raphael, a french guy working for his startup in the ai-field.
Both are super easy-going and open-minded. They would describe themselves as sometimes a bit nerdy :D We enjoyed the shared-living life and cooked together, shared a beer/wine or a movie - everything as it comes and goes since everyone has their dialy life which can be quite timefilling.

We have a small, but well-equipped kitchen and from the boys rooms theres a nice balcony. Unfortunately there is no living-room. In the basement is more space for stuff and the shared washing room.

English-speaking is a must, italian or french a plus for one of the boys :P Would be great if you write some short sentences about you. Happy to hearing from you!
