Your room is part of a 3-person shared apartment with a large living room and two small balconies. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is super centrally located on Habsburgerstrasse.
At 10m2 the room is relatively small, but thanks to the high ceiling, parquet floor and old-building charm it is no less cozy. A big plus are the large built-in wardrobes in the room, as well as the location towards the backyard. This makes the room very quiet. In general, you hear surprisingly little from the street. Everything you need is within walking distance.

The room is available immediately, by arrangement.

Your roommates are Micha, 32, self-employed with his clothing company Whateverman, often on the go - professionally and in the mountains, but relaxed ;)
Jasmine, 30, interior architect from England, very active, does sports and owner of the little dog Susi (small mixed breed from Portugal). So a small dog also lives in the shared apartment and is almost always with Jasmine.

We are looking for:

A straightforward, relaxed person who has their own rhythm and wants to move around and contribute to the shared apartment as freely as we do. Anything is possible, but nothing is obligatory. Shared meals, movie nights and going out - depending on the mood. We respect each other, clean together and share the costs of general household purchases.
