The room is located in a 3.5-room apartment in the beautiful Neustadt. The room is partially furnished (wardrobe, lamp and possibly bed available). The apartment is located on the raised ground floor and is quiet despite its very central location. We would share the living room, kitchen and a bathroom. There is also a large, green courtyard and two laundry rooms. (Pictures of the room will follow 😌) I am looking for an open, communicative roommate (preferably a weekly lodger) between 22 and 32 years old who appreciates a cozy life together.
