The apartment…
… is located on the 5th floor, without a lift, but with a beautiful view. It has a living room with a balcony facing the street, a kitchen with a dishwasher and a balcony facing the inner courtyard, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. In the basement there is a washing machine, a dryer and our cellar compartment. Since our moving-out roommate is also taking some furniture from the common rooms and kitchen furniture, it would be advantageous if you are willing to contribute some furniture and kitchen furniture to the basic furnishings.

We are looking for…
… a roommate from June or by arrangement, who is open-minded, tolerant and has a sense of order and cleanliness. A mutual empathetic and respectful interaction is very important to us. We value a similar daily rhythm, which makes living together in the shared apartment easier and allows for spontaneous get-togethers. You would also have to be willing to be the main tenant.

We are…
… Carolina (26) - I am a lawyer and am currently studying for the bar exam. In my free time I like to go to the climbing gym or work out in another university sports training. When I'm not studying or doing sports, I like to take time to meet friends or read a novel. I would describe myself as a communicative and sociable person, but I also need some time for myself to recharge.

… Salome (21) - I am a social media intern at the regional television Tele M1 – I love to write, be in front of the camera and implement creative ideas. In my free time I like to hang out with friends, but I also enjoy reading a good book on the sofa or watching an exciting series. I would describe myself as a rather introverted, but warm-hearted person who likes to laugh, but also appreciates retreats.
