In our spacious and charming old apartment (160 m²) with a view of the mountains and Lake Lucerne, two rooms will soon be available:

• Room 2: from August 1, approx. 15 m²

About the apartment:
In our 4-person shared flat in a spacious 5.5-room apartment in the quiet Lützelmatt district. Both rooms are unfurnished and available indefinitely.
What to expect:

• Own room (17 m² or 15 m²)
• Large shared living room and kitchen with dishwasher
• Two bathrooms with shower & toilet + an additional separate toilet
• Washing machine and dryer
• Beautiful garden with grill – perfect for summer evenings
• Bus stop right outside the door with direct connection to the city center and Lucerne train station
• Supermarkets (Migros, Denner) reachable in 5 minutes by bus or 20 minutes on foot

Rent:

• CHF 750 per month (excluding additional costs)
• Additional costs approx. CHF 100 per month

Currently living here:

• Daniel (35) – school social worker & hobby cook. Daniel is moving out at the end of July, so his room 2 (15 m²) will be available from August 1.
• Sabrina (32) – professional military & nature enthusiast
• Loesa (25) – radiology specialist & musical fan

We are an open, warm shared flat with plenty of room for individuality and shared moments. A respectful and uncomplicated interaction is important to us. You can retreat, but also laugh, cook together, or simply enjoy an after-work drink in the garden.
As a new flatmate, you also have the opportunity to help shape the living room and garden together with us to create a shared space where everyone feels comfortable.

We are looking for people who enjoy living in a shared flat, respect privacy, but also have a desire for communal experiences. Age or profession are secondary – interpersonal harmony is most important to us.
