Single room for rent - 3007 Bern, Morillonstrasse 38

We are renting a bright room of approx. 13.2 m² in a freshly renovated old building apartment on the ground floor with beautiful herringbone parquet flooring. The room is unfurnished.

The apartment is modernly equipped: kitchen-living room with dishwasher, balcony accessible through the kitchen, bathroom with shower, cellar, attic and bicycle storage. Electricity and water costs will be shared among us. All you need is nearby: shopping facilities, nearby public transport stops (Zieglerspital (bus 19), Weissenbühl tram (tram 3), Weissenbühl train station), ice cream parlor, restaurants – everything within a few minutes' walk or by bike. Bern's city center is reachable by bike/public transport in about 10 minutes.

Who we are:
We - Chiara (21) and Helen (20) - are both first-year medical students. (We love studying, but we also have a lot to talk about that has nothing to do with university, don't worry! ;)) We are starting a new shared apartment and are looking forward to a great third person with whom we can live together, laugh and relax. During exam periods, our shared apartment will probably be filled with learning notes illustrated by Helen - but an ice cream, a swim in the Aare river or a relaxed shared apartment evening should not be missing. We both mostly eat vegetarian and Helen primarily vegan. But there is also a small meat-eater: Alia, Helen's cat, will move in with us. She is already older, sleeps a lot, but is very sweet. Accordingly, you should not have a cat allergy!

We are looking for:
We are looking for an open-minded, reliable person between 20 and 27 years old who enjoys friendly cohabitation – no Zweck-WG (utilitarian shared apartment). It is important to us that respectful interaction, mutual consideration and a certain degree of order in everyday life are a matter of course.
