Hello! 😊 We – Annette (29) and Selina (21) – are looking for a new roommate for our cozy 3-person shared apartment. About us: Selina is studying health sciences at ETH in her 3rd year of bachelor, Annette is a medical student in her 6th year. We are both very busy with studies and internships, but we enjoy having occasional evenings together where we like to cook together. Selina often goes home to Lucerne on weekends. Order and cleanliness are important to us – we appreciate it when everyone is considerate and leaves the apartment tidy. In our free time, we both like to do sports – e.g. swimming. The Oerlikon indoor pool is about a 15-minute walk away. About the shared apartment: Our apartment is a 4.5-room apartment with one bathroom and a guest toilet. It is located directly at Zürichberg, on one side to the forest and on the other side to Winterthurerstrasse. It takes about 20 minutes to get to ETH and the university in the center and about 10 minutes to Irchel by tram. For shopping, you can take a 5-minute bus ride to Schwamendinger Platz. The rent is 692.50 CHF including utilities. Every 4 months, there is also an electricity bill of about 30 CHF per person. Who we are looking for: We are looking for a roommate who is also studying, in training, or about to start. You should be reliable, tidy, and considerate. We appreciate a relaxed coexistence where everyone has their own space – and we look forward to opportunities for joint evenings, e.g. cooking together, from time to time.
