Two rooms are becoming available! Both rooms, like the apartment in general, are very bright. One room is approx. 11 m2 small (😉) and is therefore ideal especially for weekly guests (or people who generally do not need much of their own space, because e.g. they are often on the road or whatever). The rent for this room is 421 Fr. without additional costs, with additional costs (heating & operating costs, TV & internet and a.en) 590.00 Fr. The room would be available from 21.07.2025 (or by arrangement). The other room is approx. 17 m2 large and scores points with its 3 windows with lots of light - the nicest bedroom in the apartment! The rent for this room is 521.00 Fr. without additional costs, with additional costs (heating & operating costs, TV & internet and a.en) 690.00 Fr. This room would be available from approx. mid-August (or by arrangement). I am Olivia (f, 29) and am looking for two new flatmates from approximately the beginning/middle of August - gender doesn't matter! First, something about the shared flat in general: The apartment is centrally located in the city centre of Olten, the Hammer shopping centre is directly opposite and the train station is approx. 10 minutes' walk away. From the Vario-Bar to home you only have to "go around once" 😎 The apartment is equipped as follows (everything for shared use): Large bright living & dining room (with TV), cosy balcony, kitchen with oven, microwave & dishwasher (😍), bathroom (with bathtub) and small cellar compartment. Now about me: I am studying psychology in the Master's programme at the University of Bern and work part-time (60%) in a psychosomatic clinic. I am open, uncomplicated and easy-going. Only in the mornings before I have drunk my first coffee, you'd better leave me alone for a short time... ☕️ Since I already deal with many people at work, I am usually happy to have time for myself in the evenings during the week. In my free time I do a lot with friends, like being in nature walking or hiking, I like reading books very much and often go to concerts & festivals, especially metal concerts. I am a smoker, but only on the balcony! So, here are 3 random facts about me: 1. I find spiders totally cute, 2. Slow-walkers in front of me can drive me crazy, and 3. I have listened to too many True Crime podcasts... 😅 I am looking for 2 uncomplicated, open flatmates and as already mentioned: Gender doesn't matter. Regarding age, I have a preference of approx. 25-35, but I don't want to strictly rule out younger/older people 😁 Who you are is ultimately much more important than a number. It is important to me that you show a basic level of order and cleanliness in the shared rooms - for example, I don't like it at all if I have to clean up and/or clean the kitchen before I can cook something... Preferably you already have experience in shared flat living - but this is not a requirement at all.
