The room would be ready for occupancy from 21.07.2025 (or by arrangement). The other room is about 17 m2 large and scores with 3 windows with lots of light - the nicest bedroom in the apartment! This room would be ready for occupancy from around mid-August (or by arrangement).

I am Olivia (female, 29) and I am looking for two new flatmates from around the beginning/mid-August - gender is irrelevant! First, a bit about the shared apartment in general: The apartment is located in a central location in the city center of Olten, the Hammer shopping center is directly opposite and the train station is about a 10-minute walk away. From the Vario-Bar home, you just have to "go around once" 😎 The apartment is equipped as follows (everything for shared use): large bright living & dining room (with TV), cozy balcony, kitchen with oven, microwave & dishwasher (😍), bathroom (with bathtub) and small cellar compartment.

Now about me: I am studying psychology for my master's degree at the University of Bern and I work 60% in a psychosomatic clinic. I am open, uncomplicated, and sociable. Just in the morning before I have had my first coffee, it’s better to leave me alone for a bit... ☕️ Since I deal with a lot of people at work, I usually appreciate time for myself in the evenings during the week. In my free time, I do a lot with friends, enjoy being in nature walking or hiking, love reading books, and often go to concerts & festivals, especially metal concerts. I am a smoker, but only on the balcony! So, here are 3 random facts about me: 1. I find spiders totally cute, 2. Slow walkers in front of me can really drive me up the wall, and 3. I have listened to too many true crime podcasts... 😅

I am looking for 2 uncomplicated, open flatmates and as mentioned: gender is irrelevant. I have a preference for ages around 25-35, but I don’t want to strictly limit myself to younger/older people 😁 Who you are is ultimately much more important than a number. It is important to me that you maintain a basic level of order and cleanliness in the shared spaces - for example, I really don’t like having to clean up the kitchen before I can cook something... Preferably, you already have experience in shared living - but that is not a requirement at all.
