The 5-person shared apartment is located in a central area in Bern in a charming, well-kept single-family house in a prime location (near Inselspital, Loryplatz). The area is quiet, sunny, with various shopping options and good public transport connections just around the corner.

The room (east-facing) measures 2 m2. However, the shared apartment has two large, cozy common rooms, kitchen, WC, bathroom, laundry room, cellar, a lovely garden, and a covered bike storage available to everyone.

Currently, we do not have fixed dinners or meetings. However, it regularly happens that we cook together or occasionally sit down and do something together as needed. We also have a nice garden where we try to grow our vegetables.

Unfortunately, our roommate is moving out at the end of May. From June, there will still be Michi (28), project manager at SBB, Katharina (25), lighting designer, Lorenz (28), employee in corporate communications at Mobiliar, and Madeline (24), nursing specialist.

We are looking for
What is important to us in a new roommate is open communication and a solution-oriented approach to discussions or concerns. It is also important to us that there is not a big party every week. However, cool evenings with guests are definitely possible. There should be a desire for good cohabitation, but all roommates should be able to retreat and also have the opportunity to contribute.
