Hi, I am Melissa, 21 years old, flight attendant at Swiss, moving back to Frankfurt on 01.07 and looking for a new tenant for my room in a 3-person shared apartment. If you are interested in the room, feel free to write me something about yourself!

Application process: First, a short video chat will be conducted and only then will the 2-3 most interested people be invited in person. The room is about 13 m², has just been newly furnished (1.4m box spring bed, 2.5m wardrobe, etc.). All missing desired furniture will be paid for by me. There is:

• Underfloor heating - 10 GB fiber optic internet
• Beautiful and quiet new building apartment - large balcony - 2 bathrooms - private laundry room with dryer and washing machine - dishwasher
• Cleaning lady.
  (Extra costs apply for cleaning lady and electricity. The 199 Fr. are for internet, TV plus insurance and a 20%-furnishing flat rate (new furniture for 30,000 Fr.), deposit: 2400 Fr.)
• Partners who come more often are not a problem. - Pets possible with application
• 10 min to Zurich HB (Tram 11)
• 4 min to Oerlikon train station
• Man or woman does not matter.
  We are three: I, Slavko, have traveled a lot (6 languages, e.g. 1.5 years in Latin America), am very versatile, like to chat about God and the world, psychology, society, development of humanity, etc., do (ball) sports and fitness, go out to eat or drink, or stream something for relaxation, first studied International Management and worked there for 2 years, but recently switched to "social" (business lecturer).
• Andre has been living in the shared apartment for about 3/4 of a year, originally from Portugal, is an open and positive person. He cooks very well & likes to and works in project management.
