Single room for rent - 3123 Belp

The bedroom is located in a three bedroom house and in colocation with the owner. The house is bright and close to the Belp railway station (5 minutes on foot). It is a strictly non smoking house. There is a small garden at the back to relax in when the weather is nice. I am looking for a responsible and friendly person with whom to share the house.
