We offer a cozy room in our modern 4-person shared apartment. The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a quiet neighborhood – green and peaceful, yet close to the city. It has two bathrooms, a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, a large, bright living room, and a balcony. The rent includes everything: internet, electricity, furniture, heating/utility costs, and hot water.

The room:
It is about 18m² in size and furnished with a 1.40x2.00m bed, desk, dresser, and wardrobe. The room will be available at the beginning of August or September and is ready for occupancy.

Who we are:
Lara (22) studies social work, enjoys university sports, or meets with friends. Nico (21) studies sports and likes to play football. We are a 4-person shared apartment and two rooms will be available (same size & price). We are an open and uncomplicated shared apartment that enjoys spending time together – whether it's chatting, playing games, having joint evenings, or cooking.

Who we are looking for:
A friendly roommate between 20 and 25 years old, who is interested in shared living and is also happy to join in for a joint evening. If you need some time for yourself, whether for studying or just for a break, that is of course no problem. A certain level of cleanliness and order is important to us, and we hope that this suits you as well.
