Single room for rent - 1700 Fribourg, Route Des Arsenaux 31

I'm giving up my room in a superb shared flat at the beginning of July!
The apartment is large and bright, located on the Route des Arsenaux, in front of Domino Park, 5 minutes from Migros/Denner/Coop and 10 minutes walk from the train station. The room overlooks the courtyard, so it's quite quiet and sunny in the afternoon.

It's a sublet contract and the rent is 634.- per month. Electricity and internet are extra when the bills arrive. There is also a 3-month deposit to be paid when you arrive at the apartment.
The apartment is already furnished, the room too (except for the wardrobes which are leaving with me) and I ask for 100.- to recover the furniture. You also have access to a cellar and a bicycle room.

You will live with Samuel, Raphaël and Anita, students around 24 years old who appreciate spending time together in the shared flat, drinking and partying but respecting everyone's space.
