Single room for rent - 4933 Rütschelen, Dorf 31

In our shared housing project (Haus-WG), we rent out a bright, cozy room on the 2nd floor with a west-facing window. Private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Old building with laminate flooring. Furnished or unfurnished possible. Move-in date from May 1st or by arrangement. The rent is CHF 300 plus 260 for all utilities (common rooms, electricity, waste, heating, water, parking, WLAN, TV in the Stübli; except Serafe).

We are looking for a responsible person with a basic interest in social interactions with others in the house - depending on the mood :-)

We are a large house, a "shared housing project", of about 12 people between 6 and 69 years old, average age about 40, and a dog and a cat (therefore please people without dog and cat). A colorful mix of people, from eco to less eco, from veggie to meat eater, from yogi to clumsy, from alcohol drinker to abstinent. Everyone likes to sit by the fire, inside or outside :-) We speak German, French, English, Spanish.

The house is located in the village of Rütschelen next to Langenthal (5km) without through traffic and with a high quality of life. We enliven and maintain this large house with many cozy common rooms: Large (former gastro-) kitchen, living room with wood stove, Stübli with musical instruments and large TV, sandstone grotto with billiard table, bright workshop, conservatory, cellar, large fire bowl, boules court, permaculture garden with well from its own source, PV system, Töggeli box etc. Communal life is relaxed and spontaneous.
