We are looking for a subtenant for a room in our 4-person shared apartment at Waldeggstrasse 20 in Liebefeld for July 2025. For 695 CHF per month plus utilities, you get a fully furnished bright room (approx. 15m2) with beautiful morning sun and an even better view of the Gurten, plus great roommates and a well-equipped shared apartment.

The apartment is centrally located and is about 7 minutes by bike from the Inselspital and 12 minutes from the train station. The nearest bus stop (Hessstrasse) is a 2-minute walk away, where bus number 10 takes you to the train station every 5 minutes during peak times. There is also a Denner right at your doorstep. Spar and Coop are within a 500m radius.

Our apartment on the 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms (not surprisingly), 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a living room with a balcony, and a room in the basement that we have converted into a small home gym. For comfort, there is also a washing machine and a dryer directly in the apartment.

About your future roommates:

• Gvidas (M29), business administration and former music student, enjoys playing basketball, saxophone, and piano. Always up for a conversation about jazz.
• Julian (M23), medical student and long-time resident of the shared apartment. He also enjoys playing football and is a regular in the home gym. When he is not immersed in his studies, he tries his hand at playing the piano and guitar.
• Nëntor (M25), dental medicine student and weekend resident par excellence. Passionately supports AC Milan and is always up for teasing a roommate.

We prefer a male roommate who is a non-smoker and values a family-like living environment; however, we are open to all applicants.
