Single room for rent - 3097 Liebefeld

We are looking for a new flatmate for our four-person shared apartment at Waldeggstrasse 20 in Liebefeld starting mid-August 2025 (earlier by arrangement if necessary). For 680 CHF per month plus additional costs, you will not only get a cozy attic room (approx. 18m2) with a sloping roof and a fantastic view of the Gurten, but also great roommates and a well-equipped shared apartment.

The apartment is centrally located and is about 7 minutes by bike from the Inselspital and 12 minutes from the train station. The nearest bus stop (Hessstrasse) is a 2-minute walk away, where bus number 10 takes you to the train station every 5 minutes during peak times. There is also a Denner right at your doorstep. Spar and Coop are within a 500m radius.

Our apartment on the 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms (not surprisingly), 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a living room with a balcony, and a room in the basement that we have converted into a small home gym. For comfort, there is also a washing machine and a dryer directly in the apartment.

About your future roommates:

• Konstantin (M24), economics student, is not only active on the soccer field but also a passionate surfer and snowboarder. He has extraordinary cooking skills and is always up for a summer boat trip on the Aare.
• Gvidas (M29), business administration and former music student, enjoys playing basketball, saxophone, and piano. He is always up for a conversation about jazz.
• Julian (M23), medical student and long-time flatmate. He also enjoys playing soccer and is a regular in the home gym. When he is not focused on his studies, he tries his hand at playing the piano and guitar. He will be subletting his room from August to November 25 due to an internship.

We prefer a male flatmate who is a non-smoker and values a family-like living environment.
