Single room for rent - 3014 Bern

For my 2-room apartment with an attic (right around the corner from Bakery Bakery in Breitsch), I'm looking for a roommate from July 1st:

About the apartment:
It's completely newly renovated and it will be the first occupancy (therefore unfortunately no photos, but you can guess the layout from the floor plan). The old floors have been preserved with a new bathroom and a new kitchen.
Here are the facts:
-Living room
-A small balcony
-A bathroom with shower (you'll have your own toilet and sink)
-Completely new kitchen with dishwasher and a large refrigerator including a separate freezer underneath
-Cellar
-Own washing machine in the laundry room

About your room:
You can move into the attic, which means you have your own "front door". Also a private toilet and sink. The room is cozy despite the skylights and has plenty of space to unfold.
The rent is 1'150.- including utilities.

About me:
I'm 26 and in the final stages of my midwifery studies. I spend my free time with coffee, brunch, racing bikes, reading, in summer at the Aare or doing something creative. It's important to me that we both feel comfortable in our home. Besides, I really like cleaning :)
For you it shouldn't be a problem to be a little considerate if I have to sleep through the day because of my shift work. I would like us not to be just roommates and spontaneously have aperitifs together, watch a movie or walk to the Gelateria di Berna (about 3 minutes away!). Nevertheless, we both have our own lives, which should also be respected.

As we are founding a new flat share, you also have a lot of free hand to help shape our life together and things like cleaning, WLAN etc. we can decide and find out together.
