Single room for rent - 3014 Bern

Hi, I'm looking for a new roommate starting from 06.25, but it could also be 07.25. Unfortunately, I don't know exactly when my current roommate is moving out. The apartment is located in the popular Breitsch area; it is a 2.5-room apartment on the 3rd floor with a small balcony. Both rooms are the same size; this room simply has a built-in wardrobe :D about 17sqm, the rooms are bright and spacious.

It would be cool if you are a smoker/vaper (but we can still talk about it haha). It’s also important to me that you can stick to the cleaning schedule and know how to clean and have some experience living in a shared flat. Communication is very important to me, and I am also very open to that.
