In our shared apartment in a spacious two-story old building, two separate rooms are available. The rooms can be rented individually or together.

• Room 1: approx. 13 m²
• Room 2: approx. 11 m² plus additional built-in wardrobe in the hallway

Both rooms are available from May 1st or 15th.

The price per room is 850 CHF/month. The rooms can also be rented together for 1,700 CHF/month.

The Apartment:
The apartment consists of a total of 5.5 rooms, is very bright, and has a lot of charm typical of old buildings. It is located on the 4th floor and is divided into two levels:

Lower level: Here are the two rooms available for rent, a built-in wardrobe, and a bathroom with a bathtub, which is only used by the tenants of the two rooms. Additionally, there is a shared kitchen and a spacious living room.

Upper level: This is Marc's personal area, consisting of a bedroom, private bathroom, and a small living room.

The highlight of the apartment: The private rooftop terrace with almost 360° view – an absolute dream!

The apartment includes a cellar compartment and an (unofficial) storage room opposite the apartment door. The washing machine and dryer are shared with the neighbors.

Location: The apartment is in a top location: Directly at the Rathaus stop, right in the beautiful old town – central, but pleasantly quiet, with all the advantages of the surroundings.

Your future roommate:
Marc (40), engineer, athletic, calm, relaxed, and a considerate, very pleasant flatmate. He is looking for one or two friendly, considerate person(s) who appreciate a harmonious home.
