About the apartment:
It's a 3.5 room apartment with kitchen, bathroom, balcony and cellar compartment. The rooms are relatively large (No. 1 approx. 14m², No. 2 approx. 20m²). There is a shelter for bicycles.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a multi-family house with 3 parties (1 family, one WG and us).

The apartment is located at the foot of the Gurten, directly at the Sandrain stop.

• by tram: 8' to the station
• by bike: 10' to the station
• 5 minutes walk to the Aare (Schönausteg)

About me:
I study energy and environmental engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Brugg. In my free time I do a lot for the scouts and in winter I go skiing and ski touring whenever possible. I play guitar, some piano and I like to sing.
I have been living in this apartment since August 2024 and feel very comfortable. Because my two flatmates are moving on, I am now looking for new people.
I am also often on the road, but I would still be happy if it wasn't just a purpose-built WG but we also did something together sometimes. But I'm also flexible.

I'm looking for:
Because the kitchen is large enough to eat and be there, I would like to live there with three people. Therefore, I am offering one room for ⁓500 CHF and one for ⁓470 CHF.
