Single room for rent - 3004 Bern

I am looking for a new roommate (female, between 19 - 23 years old) who would like to move to Bern from the first of September. My current roommate is finishing her Bachelor in the summer and is therefore moving out.

The apartment is well located, in six minutes you are at the Bern main station with the RBS and in under ten minutes walk at the Aare to swim or go for a walk. The kitchen has a dishwasher. Washing machine, tumbler and drying room are shared with the neighbours. We have our own cellar compartment and a small balcony with table and chairs. The shower and toilet are in separate rooms, in the bathroom everyone has their own sink.

I study at the University of Bern and also have a lot going on besides my studies. Nevertheless, it is important to me that the flat sharing is well maintained and that an occasional shared dinner is included. Or an activity outside the apartment!
