The room is approximately 10m² and is rented furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, mirror). The window faces east, allowing the sun to brighten the room remarkably. In the evening, you can enjoy the sunset from the balcony.
The room is part of a 4.5-room apartment with a living room, open kitchen, balcony, and two bathrooms (one with a toilet, the other with a shower. This way, you almost never get in each other's way). The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher.
The room is located in a new apartment in the Stöckacker district. There is no shortage of public transport connections and shopping options. The stops Bern Stöckacker (5 min walk) and Bern Europaplatz (15 min walk) are quickly accessible. Also, Migros (5 min walk) and Lidl (15 min walk) are just around the corner.
In addition to the room, the bicycle of the previous tenant can be used, making it even easier and faster to get to all places.
Your future roommates are Lena (23) and Anjana (23). They are both very open and uncomplicated people who also enjoy a joint WG evening (but this is by no means expected). Lena studies psychology and Anjana law; both at the University of Bern.
We are looking for a person who ideally would live in this room for 1.5 months from July 5th until September 1st. We expect certain basic competencies such as transparent communication, reliability, and the ability to cooperate. If you are interested, feel free to contact me (Jan).
