Furnished 12m2 room in a 3-person shared apartment. We are quiet, flexible, humorous, and structured roommates. The shared spaces: kitchen, living room, bathroom, two balconies, and laundry room are left tidy. I am retired and home a lot. The second roommate is fully employed and only stays during the week, not present on weekends. The new roommate should be younger, fully employed, or studying.

We usually have dinner together, but everyone cooks for themselves. The apartment is very central, quiet, and well connected to public transport and shopping facilities. The rent includes Wi-Fi and cleaning.
