Single room for rent - 3027 Bern, Bümplizstrasse 3

I am Josefine (22) and I am looking for a roommate from May 1st for our freshly renovated 3-room apartment on the 1st floor in Bern-Bethlehem.

Your room is 12.2 m² (4.2 x 2.9 m) and has a beautiful, large window front with plenty of daylight. We share a spacious living room with a cozy balcony, a compact kitchen with a dishwasher and a bathroom. Washing machine and dryer are shared with the other parties in the house.

Since I am also only moving in on May 1st (or maybe a few days earlier), the apartment is currently still empty – so if you want to bring your own furniture, that's perfect!

Briefly about me:
I am 22 years old and will be starting the Passerelle this summer to study psychology next year. In my free time I like to be creative, go to the gym or spend time outdoors in nature – especially in summer.

It is important to me that the flat share is not just a purely utilitarian alliance. Therefore, it would be nice if you are about the same age and are looking forward to relaxed, friendly cohabitation, with mutual respect and yet room for privacy.
Two cats will live in the apartment – so if you are allergic, this is unfortunately not the right flat share for you.
