A beautiful 3.5-room apartment (60 sqm) is located directly at the Köniz Brühlplatz bus stop (line 10), so you are 10 minutes from the train station. Buses 29 and 22 also stop at this station. Lines 17 and the S-Bahn are also within a five-minute walk. For shopping, there is a Denner, Migros, Coop, Aldi and Ottos within walking distance. Liebefeld Park is less than five minutes away and is particularly inviting to linger in summer.
The entire apartment was renovated a few years ago, but retains the beautiful old parquet flooring in all rooms.
We have a large living room with a balcony, a modern kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
The free, unfurnished room is 18.6 sqm, has three large built-in wardrobes and is very bright.
For additional storage space, the apartment has an attic and cellar compartment.
The room is officially free from September 1st, 2025, but can be occupied from mid-August if desired.

About me
I (Jil, 24, she/her) am currently studying medicine in my 4th year and moved from Basel to Bern for this. I also live with my two cats Wilma and Till, who (after a little thawing) are very cuddly and seek a lot of closeness. In my free time I go to ballet at Unisport, like to have a coffee with friends and in summer I like to go to the Aare (and spend too much money on gelato ;) ) I'm also always up for a flea market, second-hand or thrift store tour :)

I am looking for
Since I'm doing a 6-month internship from August, I probably won't be home much during the week during the day. Nevertheless, it's important to me that it's not a Zweck-WG and that we can sometimes do something together or cook (vegi/vegan) :) I also really appreciate being able to retreat. Equally important to me is open communication, a sense of order and cleanliness. It would be great if you enjoy cats as much as I do and are willing to empty the litter box or feed the two when I'm not there. You can easily score points with them with food ;)
With my current roommate, I shared the main rent, which is why I would like to continue this with her/his successor.
Since I will finish my studies in two years and will move afterwards, depending on my job, the flat share would be limited until then. The exact contract termination/transfer and the time can of course be discussed together when it gets closer.
