We are currently a 3-person shared apartment, consisting of a man, 27 years old, and a woman, 30 years old, and the third member is moving out at the end of November. Therefore, we are currently looking for a working person, regardless of gender, who can complement our team and aims for a medium to long-term coexistence with us. Our spacious 4.5-room apartment with two bathrooms, a private washing machine, a balcony with afternoon sun, a cellar compartment, and a lockable bike room offers ideal conditions for a relaxed, comfortable shared living experience. We look forward to creating an open, pleasant atmosphere with a new person again as a trio.
The apartment is extremely central: You are only 7 minutes from the main train station, and two bus stops are about 50 meters away. You can reach shopping facilities in 8 minutes on foot. Located right on the border with Konstanz, you are only 11 minutes from the lake, and the highway connection is also in the immediate vicinity.
Especially with a bike, you can get everywhere even faster: Whether to the lake, train station, or city center, in this area, the bike is often the most practical means of transport and ideal for those who like to be flexible.
Additionally, you have the option to rent a parking space in our underground garage if you own a car and value a secure parking spot. There are also plenty of parking spaces available for visitors, so friends and family can easily come to visit.
The shared room is officially available from 01.12.2025, but you may even be able to move in a few days or weeks earlier; we are still clarifying that.
We are looking for a working person who plans to stay with us for several years and wants to maintain an uncomplicated, respectful coexistence with us.
Additionally, there is a cat living in our household that belongs to one of the shared members. She roams freely through the apartment and is present in all rooms, except for the respective private area. Therefore, you should not have a cat allergy and ideally bring joy in the company of animals.
