Single room for rent - 8050 Zürich, Dohlenweg 28

We are looking for a flatmate in an apartment in Oerlikon. The room is available now for either short-term subleting or a long-term lease.

• The aparment is close to stations of public transport — 5 min walk to tram stations of 10, 11, and 14, 10 min walk to Oerlikon train station. It takes about 20 min by public transport to Honggerberg and Irchel, 25 min to Zentrum.
• The apartment has 4.5 rooms and is about 100 square meters. The bedroom for subleting is 13.5 square meters. You will share the big living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and balcony with two other tenants, both are PhD students at ETH and come from China. We have two cute cats (not naughty).
• The rent is 1075 Fr per month. Extra fees will be charged for electricity and internet.
• We prefer the next tenant to take over the furnitures in the bedroom.
• Cat lovers are preferred. There might be cat hair in the apartment occationally.
• Proof of income is not required for a short-term subleting within one year. For a long-term lease, we need to sign a new contract with the leasing agency, and a proof of income is required.
