Single room for rent - 4416 Bubendorf, Weiherstrasse 27

Hello everyone,
We are looking for a tidy and quiet person to rent a room in our shared flat as a weekly lodger.

Our house is cozy and offers a pleasant living atmosphere. Everyone has their own daily routine, but we always appreciate spending time together.

• Alexia (me, 21): I study veterinary medicine in Zurich. Since I live in a shared flat in Zurich during the week, my room is free during my absence. Therefore, I have decided to rent it out. Since we have another free room, which I will then use on weekends and during the learning phase, there is enough space for everyone.
• Walter (55, my father): IT specialist at SAP, working from home. He has two horses of his own and enjoys taking care of them in his free time.

In addition, our shared flat also includes Auri, a friendly Mini-Bolonka dog (hypoallergenic dog), who keeps us company and ensures a pleasant atmosphere.

The room is 15m2 large and has a roof window, as well as a normal window. The 1.60m bed and the wardrobe, which has two compartments available, will remain in the room.

Our house has two separate areas: My father lives in the basement and has his own bathroom, and we share the upper area of the house. On the 1st floor there are three rooms and a large bathroom. On the ground floor is the living room, the open kitchen, a guest bathroom and my father's office. In the basement is the laundry room, the cellar and my father's rooms. During my learning phases (end of December - mid-February and June - September) I am also back home.

Location and accessibility:
Our shared flat is very centrally located and ideally connected:

• The Coop is only a 5-minute walk away, the Migros in 10 minutes.
• The bus stops Zentrum and Unterdorf are also only a 5-minute walk away.
• By bus it takes only 10 minutes to Liestal train station, from where you have good connections in all directions.

What we wish for:
A tidy, quiet person who appreciates shared flat life and agrees that the room can be used by us as a guest room on weekends.
