Looking for a roommate for a 2-person shared apartment in a very central yet quiet location in the heart of Zurich.

Apartment
The apartment has about 80m2 of living space with two balconies. Your shared room would be unfurnished, while the rest of the apartment is already furnished. The apartment has an outdoor parking space in front of the house as well as a spacious cellar compartment available. Additionally, there is a communal laundry room in the basement (without a washing schedule) and a protected bike rack behind the house for free use. The rent of CHF 2,400.- includes all additional costs, internet, and TV (Wingo).

Location
The apartment is located in a quiet and central area in the heart of Zurich. The tram stop "Kronenstrasse" is just two minutes away. From there, tram lines 22 or 24 take about 6 minutes (3 stops) to Zurich HB. In 5 minutes on foot, you will reach the Limmat. Shopping options are available within 2 minutes (Denner Express), 5 minutes (Migros Schaffhauserplatz), or 20 minutes (MMM Migros Limmatplatz).

About me
I (m, 30) work in marketing and have 2-3 days of home office per week. I like it clean, tidy, and orderly, but I don't have a cleaning obsession. Open communication and an uncomplicated coexistence are very important to me. We can cook together, do sports, have a game night, or just sit comfortably in front of the TV. I appreciate spending time with my roommate just as much as being able to retreat or do my own thing.
