I am looking for a roommate for my spacious apartment (4.5 rooms) in the middle of District 4 starting in April. There is a room (17m2), a shared wardrobe room, and a private (small) bathroom with a shower. The apartment has 2 floors and a large rooftop terrace (so plenty of privacy). Own washing machine and dryer in the apartment. The room can also be furnished. Rent: CHF 1250 all-in (deposit: 1 month's rent). Are you over 30 years old and find (sometimes) smoking no problem?
