I am renting out a fully furnished room in a very bright and large apartment in Near Bahnhof Altstetten. The station is 2 minutes away on foot; bus stop Baslerstrasse is less than one minute away on foot. 3 people in total would be living here; The room is limited until 30.09.2025 with a possibility to be extended further.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, clothes rack, night table, desk and chair. All bills (water, heating, electricity, gas, internet, Serafe) are included. Cleaning of the common areas two times a month is also included.

Rest of the house: The kitchen is equipped with all dishes, pots & pans, toaster and waterboiler.

All main shops are close and there are multiple buses and the train takes you to HB in 5 minutes.

The cellar has a washing machine and tumbler without the need to schedule it.

Everything is done with a contract! I use the standard template form from the canton of Zurich.
