We are looking for a third roommate for our cozy 3-person shared apartment in a quiet and green neighborhood – ideal for feeling good and relaxing after a long day.

About the apartment:

Our apartment is bright, well-kept, and spacious. We share a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet. From the balcony, there is a nice view and you can enjoy the sun in the evenings.

About the rent:

The price for the room is CHF 727.-. Additionally, there are CHF 130.- per month for various shared apartment expenses such as electricity, water, washing machine, SERAFE...

In addition to the apartment, we also have available:

• Attic and cellar compartment for storage
• Parking garage for car or scooter, as well as visitor parking
• Bicycle room for your bike
• Washing machine and dryer are available in the house for shared use
• There are also drying rooms to hang up laundry
