Single room for rent - 6010 Kriens, Schlossweg 12

I am looking for a new tenant for my cozy room in a 3.5-room apartment with a balcony in Kriens. The room is available indefinitely from the beginning of July.

The room is about 16 m², bright and quietly located, in the middle of greenery and right next to the Pilatusbahn. Despite the quiet surroundings, you can reach Lucerne train station in just about 10 minutes by bike or about 20 minutes by bus. There may be a possibility to rent a parking space as well. (not yet fixed)
By arrangement, the 9 m² room for 440.- would also be available.

You would live with Anna (40). She is an open and uncomplicated person who enjoys spending time in nature, whether cycling, hiking, or on ski tours. Anna values good communication and a pleasant, respectful coexistence. It is not a purpose-driven shared apartment; joint activities are welcome, but of course, space for retreat and peace is also respected.
