Hello everyone,
We’re looking for someone to take over our beautiful 2-person shared apartment (WG) right at Lochergut, Badenerstrasse 251 – in the heart of Zurich. It’s in a central location with plenty of cozy bars and cafés right outside the door – yet the apartment remains pleasantly quiet thanks to its top-floor position.
About the apartment:
The apartment is about 100 m² and consists of 4.5 rooms. It has two private bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, a well-equipped kitchen, and a unique two-story living room with a fireplace. The living room leads to an open mezzanine level, which provides access to our approximately 100 m² private rooftop terrace that we share with the second unit on the same floor.
The preferred move-in date is the 8th of July and the room is available until the end of September 2025 – we’re happy to discuss exact timing.
The apartment is fully furnished and well-equipped; the available room comes with a wardrobe that I’m happy to leave behind.
You’ll be living with Cyrill, an easy-going and open-minded software engineer who also makes music on the side and just came back from six month in south america. creativity, cleanliness, and a friendly atmosphere are very welcome.
