The apartment has the following amenities:

• balcony with a view
• cellar and attic compartment
• laundry room in the basement for shared use

Minimum occupancy: 3 persons

Shares in the amount of CHF 5,000.00 must be subscribed. Dog ownership is not allowed according to the rental regulations of the GBL. For keeping other pets, prior written permission from the GBL must be obtained.

The pictures are merely sample photos of a similarly constructed apartment, which are intended to reflect the standard of development.
