The room is in a great flat shared with 2 roommates. The apartment is located in a beautiful new building (2021) and we are the first residents. The room is 12.3m2 and unfurnished. You would have your own bathroom with bathtub (5.2m2). The apartment has a large living area where we enjoy cooking, eating and chatting together. 😊 The kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher. The apartment has 2 balconies for everyone and a cellar compartment. Washing machine and tumble dryer are on the same floor and are shared with 2 other apartments.

We are:
Julia (24) will complete her medical studies in September, will then write her doctoral thesis and take up a position as an assistant doctor in May. Antonin (24) works as an engineer. Julia is a native German speaker but can also speak French very well, Antonin speaks French and both also speak English. We enjoy having dinner together and chatting in the kitchen, but we also like to do things on our own.

We're looking for:
We are looking for an open and reliable person with whom we would like to have a cozy shared flat life. 😊 We like to do things together in the flat (cooking, eating, ...), but also like to spend some time alone. We are looking for someone quiet, tidy and willing to do some of the housework.
You should be between 20 and 28 years old, a non-smoker and not have any pets.
