A clean, organized, and furnished 16 m2 room in a spacious 3-person WG on the 2nd floor of a flat in the vicinity of Schaffhauserplatz (with elevator, bike rack, storage room). In addition to the rent, we share the cost of internet and biweekly cleaning service. The apartment is perfectly situated to easily reach nearly any part of the city, thanks to multiple tram lines and bus routes nearby, all within walking distance (lines 7, 11, 14, 15, 32, 33, 46). Pleasantly close to supermarkets Migros (open until 21h) and Coop Pronto (open until 23h), bakeries, restaurants, cafes, the post office and the popular Oberer Letten. Our home features a comfy living room with a balcony, a spacious kitchen, as well as two bathrooms. We also have a private washing machine and a tumble dryer.

- Emiel, 33, works as a relationship manager, big fan of skiing and after-work drinks, and
- Andre, 27, works as a technology consultant, enjoys long runs and cold water swims

The room is available starting immediately, but needs to be taken over by July 1st the latest. The furniture shown in the room have to be taken over.
