WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A open-minded, uncomplicated and tidy person to complete our 3-person flat share. Preferably someone around the same age as us. If you write to us, please tell us a little about yourself, your favorite movie and why we should watch it together on a cozy flat share evening.

WE ARE
Yindela (28) works as an architect in an office and Anja (27) is studying Biology in a Master's program at ETH. We don't see each other constantly, but we often cross paths in the kitchen or hallway and then like to chat for a long time, always with lots of laughter. We are not looking for a purely functional flat share, but we are looking forward to relaxed living together, where everyone also has their own retreat.

ROOM AND RENT
The room is available from Saturday, July 12, 2025. Half of the monthly rent for July will be covered, so you would only have to pay the remaining half for July. The room is approx. 17 m² large, bright and with the morning sun optimal for plant lovers. The monthly rent is 735 CHF. The white wardrobe with mirror (see photo) can be taken over on request. A deposit of three months' rent will be paid. The above-mentioned rent does not include the costs for electricity and internet.

OUR APARTMENT
We share the living room, kitchen and bathroom. We also have a cozy balcony for sunny evenings.
There is a washing machine and a drying room in the apartment building (with 6 apartments).
Bus stops for lines 80 and 64 are a 2-minute walk away, line 32 is a 5-minute walk away. There are many shopping facilities in Oerlikon and the train station is very well connected by train and tram.
