The apartment has two bathrooms (only one with a shower), a huge bright living room with 2 balconies on both sides and generally a lot of storage space + access to a cellar compartment. Our current home is located right by the Hubertus tram stop (tram 3, buses 89/83/33) and is rented by JUWO (studies or internships), which is why their guidelines must be met. Nearby there is a Denner (5 min walk) and 1 km away an Aldi, Migros and Coop. ETH/University of Zurich center can be reached by tram in 25-30 min. The apartment itself is located in the beautiful Albisrieden and is on the border to the popular Wiedikon district. The Zurich city garden and the Sihlfeld cemetery are on the doorstep.
