The apartment:
The room is about 18 m2 in size and has a large built-in wardrobe. The apartment is a 3.5-room old building apartment on the raised ground floor. The kitchen is quite large, with a big table and a corner sofa, which also serves as a living room. There is a small balcony accessible from Lukas's room, but it is available for everyone to use. The garden with a garden seating area is available to all residents of the house (4 parties). If desired, one can also actively participate in garden maintenance (vegetable cultivation, etc.), but this is not mandatory.
The laundry room is in the basement, and there is a storage space for bikes outside (partly covered). The apartment is located near the Untermattweg bus stop. In just under 15 minutes, you can reach the train station by public transport or bike. Migrolino is right next door, and Aldi, Migros, and Coop are a 5-minute walk away.

Who we are.
You would share the apartment with Lukas and Mirjam, both between 26 and 27 years old. Lukas is currently finishing his last days of his master's degree, after which he will start working as an assistant at HKB. In his free time, he enjoys being out and about in Bern, at the gym (even very early in the morning!) or in his own studio. Mirjam is training to be a midwife. She loves to cook, participates in university sports, or enjoys walking in the woods.

We are looking for:
An open-minded person (M/F). We try to have a shared meal/activity together from time to time - sometimes it works out more, sometimes less. Often it happens spontaneously. A certain sense of cleanliness and consideration in shared living is, of course, also desired. But it would be best if you write a few lines about yourself and how you envision your future shared living experience.
