Single room for rent - 6003 Luzern, Sempacherstrasse 22

I would like to sublet my room, which is the largest in our shared apartment, from June to August, with the exact duration being negotiable in either direction. I would remove as much as possible from the room to give you all the space you need - this means you have an open wardrobe, a bed measuring 160x210cm and a few storage options, plus shared use of the rest of the apartment.
The room is approximately 16sqm with a sloping roof, which hardly bothers, and the window faces the inner courtyard, making it exceptionally quiet all day long.
Internet, home cinema with Playsi, cleaning lady every two weeks for the common areas, own washing machine/tumbler, electricity and additional costs are included.
About us

We have been living in this constellation for 5 years: Alina, Pascal and I, Felix as the main tenant. We found each other and it works super harmoniously. Since we are all very active and outdoor enthusiasts (climbing, mountaineering, paragliding, skiing/splitboarding,...), we don't see each other every day, but now and then, which means: you can have it sociable but also quiet and private, depending on how you want to spend your time in the shared apartment.
We also cook together sometimes, when it suits us, and, especially in summer, we often have barbecues on the roof terrace in a larger group.
We are all in our early to mid-30s, work full-time or part-time in various rather scientific professions and enjoy our leisure time with dolce vita.

We are looking for an uncomplicated person for sociable interaction somewhere between 25 and 40 years old, who reliably pays their rent, loses fewer keys than others, and whose social skills would be somewhere between Voldemort, Scarface and Mother Teresa, then there's also a Negroni (rather from Pascal) or a round of Emo-Gspürschmi-Deeptalk (rather from Alina) on the house.
