Single room for rent - 6020 Emmenbrücke, Benziwil 19

We, Leonie and Tamara (both 26), are looking for a new roommate starting in August.

Who are we?
Leonie is a teacher (secondary), enjoys baking, and does vaulting in her free time. Tamara works as a librarian, plays the piano, and loves to read. We enjoy spending time together – for example, playing games or having meals together – but both of us are currently quite busy with work. We have been living here for half a year and are looking for someone who is not just looking for a purpose-driven shared apartment but also values interaction and communal living. At the same time, it is important to us that everyone has their own space and that the apartment remains clean and tidy.

We live in a renovated 4.5 room apartment at Benziwil 19 in Emmenbrücke. The apartment is located on the 5th floor (with elevator) and is optimally connected to public transport. We enjoy being close to the city while surrounded by plenty of nature.

The monthly rent is 770.- (+ additional costs for electricity, water, internet, etc.)
The apartment is already partially furnished but still offers enough space to bring in your own ideas. Overall, the rooms and the living area are modern, bright, and generously designed – including a balcony and a nice view. Your room is unfurnished, but it might be possible to take over some items from the previous roommate.

What matters to us:

• an uncomplicated and respectful interaction with each other (everyone has their retreat space)
• no party hotspot - rather a place to feel comfortable, unwind, and live together in a relaxed manner.
• a certain basic understanding of cleanliness and order
• non-smoker
• age between 20 to 35 years
